Terms of Sale
For your convenience, Projector USA accepts payment in full via MasterCard, VISA, Discover or American Express credit cards, at the time you place your order.

All of our transactions are safe and secure, using 128 bit encryption with SSL.

All of our products are new from the manufacturer with full manufacturer's warranties and include all standard accessories.

For our customers' safety and security, we will contact customers using the information provided to confirm all orders. Customers are also encouraged to contact us toll free at 800-315-9024 to place their order over the phone if needed.

Order Payment
Your credit card is charged at the completion of your order entry as a part of our automated and secure online payment system.

If you would prefer different arrangments or you are interested in ordering an item that may not ship immediately, we are happy to take your order over the phone toll free at 1-800-315-9024. For popular items, we routinely place customers on our pre-order lists so that we may contact you at the time of shipment to complete the order.

Order Entry
All orders must be received complete by 1:00 p.m. Central Time to be entered that day. Orders received after 1:00 p.m. will be entered as of the next business day. Saturdays, Sundays and holidays are not considered business days.

Shipping and Taxes
All orders are subject to freight charges. All shipments are insured and require an adult signature for the purpose of protecting our customers' purchases. However, it should be noted that once shipments leave our possession they become the responsibility of the customer. If shipping mishaps do occur, ProjectorUSA will work with the customer to do everything we can to assist in the recovery of the situation.

Missouri residents are subject to sales tax.

Changes in Order
If you wish to change your order before it has been shipped, please call us immediately at 1-800-315-9024.

Quality and Satisfaction
We make every effort to ensure that you receive the best possible product. Our consultants stand ready to assist you in selecting the right product. Additionally, we have provided educational resources on our site to assist you as much as possible. Furthermore, we select and work only with high quality products. We strongly encourage all of our customers to contact us with any questions, concerns or challenges that they may be facing. We would love the opportunity to put our years of experience to work in helping you with your presentation needs.

If a product you have ordered appears to be defective, please contact us within 10 days of receipt of your product, and Projector USA will coordinate with you to provide a replacement product as soon as possible. Depending on the product in question, standard shipping charges may apply. If a customer contacts us after 10 days of receipt of the product, we will provide contact information for the product manufacturer so that the customer may coordinate with the manufacturer's warranty plan.

Returns or Cancelled Orders
Some customers may need to cancel orders or return products for various reasons. Projector USA's policies for these circumstances are as follows:

If within 10 days of receipt of your product, you determine it does not meet your needs, you may exchange it for full credit if you upgrade to a product that is in stock and of equal or greater value. If not upgrading, a 20% restocking fee will apply. The customer is responsible for shipping costs to have the undesired unit shipped back to Projector USA. Customer is then charged normal shipping rates to ship new product after an upgrade is determined.

All boxes, remotes, cabling, and documentation, and packaging must be in new condition. If packaging is not in original condition, contact a Projector USA representative to determine additional fees for that product.
